Additional Fees / 商品代金以外の必要料金

Unless otherwise stated, no additional fees are charged by us.
However, internet connection fees, communication charges, bank transfer fees, and any currency conversion fees charged by your financial institution are the responsibility of the customer.

別途記載がない限り、当社から追加料金は請求しません。

Delivery Timing / 引渡時期・サービス提供時期

Digital products, online programs, and content are provided after payment confirmation, either immediately or on the start date specified.
Booked sessions are provided on the reserved date and time.
Events, workshops, and retreats are provided on the scheduled date indicated on the sales page.

デジタル商品、オンラインプログラム、コンテンツは、決済完了後、直ちにまたは各ページ記載の開始日より提供されます。
予約制サービスは、ご予約日時に提供します。
イベント・ワークショップ・リトリートは、販売ページに記載された日程で提供されます。

Cancellations, Refunds, and Returns / キャンセル・返金・返品について

Due to the nature of digital content and online services, all sales are final unless otherwise stated on the specific sales page.
No refunds will be provided after purchase except where required by applicable law or if the service cannot be provided due to our circumstances.

デジタルコンテンツおよびオンラインサービスの性質上、各販売ページに別段の定めがある場合を除き、ご購入後の返金はいたしかねます。
ただし、法令上必要な場合、または当社都合により提供が不可能となった場合を除きます。

Subscription Cancellation Policy / 継続課金サービスの解約について

You may cancel a subscription at any time before the next billing date.
Cancellation will stop future billing only. No partial refunds will be issued for the current billing period unless required by law.

継続課金サービスは、次回請求日前までに解約することで、次回以降の請求を停止できます。
解約後は将来分の請求のみ停止され、当月分の返金は、法令上必要な場合を除き行いません。
